Beautifully rendered, functionally useless. 1/4 of the time you can't see the targets because your own character is in the way. The game pace, character pace and story pace all move at the speed of a snail who got too drunk to fall over themselves at the bar exit. The character and world kind of move like the fake model t's on rails at a rundown amusement park.

Found 2 game breaking bugs that made it not possible to complete story line or advance in game...1st one was the seers solace bug right at the beginning... 5 hours of game play wasted simply because I chose to explore the "open world" and the game had a glitch to cancel the story line if you did that. Then, getting past the glitch involving Ubba Ragnarsson to complete the kingmakers saga, once again exploring open world (which the character said to do, so I don't understand that one at all)... Potentially, another 5 hours down due to save issues... (and am still trying to work around it). Also, heard of many other game breaking issues. Not impressed. Then there are several other small glitch and bug issues (completed raids showing as not completed, not being able to complete a raid due to no help from your crew to open 2 man chests, etc.) Add on to this the corrupt cloud save file issues and other problems... Frankly, this is my last pre-order purchase from Ubisoft. From now on, I'll wait at least 6 - 12 months or so before buying. Not only will it make it cheaper, most of the bugs will be worked out by then... not that they shouldn't have been worked out in beta, but apparently that's Ubisoft's modern version of quality.

Fantastic game!! Great story line, great character developmentt, great maps, great combat control... just a great friggin game!! Only 2 complaints. 1. Too short, but it makes sense given the pace and story line. 2. What the hell Tommasi?!?
