Looked at reviews beforehand, they were 50/50 and prices were good so decided to take a chance at getting my tent poles fixed. This was a mistake. I cant fault how friendly the staff here are, and when I communicated the issues with the service their communication was professional. Dropped off my tent Tuesday, they confirmed it could be done by Friday as I was headed on a camping trip. Friday rolls around, and I heard nothing so I call to check. They confirm it will be done by lunchtime. I call at lunchtime to check again, they say it will be done by 4. It was, but I then drove 2 and a half hours with the tent without checking. It was still broken. When I called to explain the situation, I was met with apologies, but also ‘well nobody told me what part to fix’. I asked about a refund, considering the distance I had driven and the campsite I had paid for and now could not use. They said yes. We returned the tent the next week to be finished, being told it could be done by Friday afternoon at 4. We arrive at the shop at 4.20. It was not done, we waited while they completed the work. They refused a refund. This shop over promise, under deliver and are clearly overwhelmed and looking to scam people with shoddy work. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
