This thing aims high but falls woefully short. So many inconsistencies (e.g., in the so-called technology) that it is simply nonsensical. The dialogue is so over the top pretentious it is impossible to take seriously. Other than Ed Skrein, who I happen to especially like, none of the actors impresses. Good cinematography and special effects are not enough to save either part of this movie.
