I never received this book that I paid for in 2021 I reached out to www.digistore24.com/redir/375967/globalbro/0109Cristinamail I correspond with her explaining that I never received my book “The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies “ I ordered this book in 2021. When ordering online I always take a screenshot of my receipt. Cristina asked me for my info. I emailed her a copy of my screenshot receipt. She returned my email stating-that she could not find me in her database. I explain that my screenshot receipt was all I had as proof of purchase. Cristina informed me of their 60 day policy. I thanked her for that information. I asked if this publication would do the right thing and honor my receipt. Cristina said I’d have to Repurchase the book. The Book, though I have never received it, is worth to me More than the asking price So it’s not about Money! For me, it’s about integrity, doing the right thing. As I shared with Cristina at (customer support) if I would be willing to purchase the book again “ The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies “ the same thing( me Not receiving my book could easily happen as it did The first time. What bothers me most is, the amount of the book in question to Me, is even LESS than pennies in my financial world. I like many others wouldn’t even miss it. For real. I’m in management, in a situation like this one the costumer is the one who is given the benefit Of the doubt. I believe the book itself is everything the author says it is however there COSTUMER SERVICE receives TWO THUMBS DOWN. Be careful ordering from this publisher.
