Dear Amazon Prime: For the love of God, please renew "Three Pines" for a second season before too much time passes and actors and locations end up becoming unavailable. If you're looking for a smart mystery series, exceptional actors and beautiful locations, this is it. I've been waiting for something like this to come along for quite some time. Albert Molina's leading character, Louise Penny's inspired plots and the beautiful Quebec locations deliver superbly. I also appreciate the storyline and favorable character inclusion of the indigenous people of Canadian North America who are often portrayed (if ever) as downtrodden, uneducated and chemically dependant. The stories are smart and sophisticated and even if they weren't, the scenic backdrops would be worth the watch on their own. I myself, only found the series because one of my children is employed by Amazon Sports. This show definitely merits more time to gather its audience.
