Had chronic neck and shoulder pain; for ten months every day when I woke up I groaned from it. As a long-time yogini I thought I knew how to loosen up the muscles in that area, but as a 44-year-old, my body wasn’t responding the way it used to. My doc referred me to a physical therapist, which helped a little, but once I graduated I knew I wanted to keep building strength to eradicate the pain once and for all. Thank the Google gods or whomever planted this book in my Amazon feed. I bought the digital version and read the whole thing before methodically deploying the plan. Within weeks I was completely pain free and I have not looked back. I feel so strong and confident, and I love working out. I still do my yoga on off days and sometimes replace the warmups with sun salutations. Love love love this book. So glad I found it.
