Really bad. I loved last year's version but The Show 24 is the glitchiest game I've ever played. The announcers are constantly saying things that aren't correct, which isn't a big deal by itself, but is a glaring indication of how poorly this game is put together. It feels like a beta version or something. At the very least, it's rushed and poorly executed. Here are some of my specific complaints:
Customized settings are often not saved or randomly revert back to default.
When you get new equipment, it will randomly deselect your current equipment without notification so you constantly have to check that your selections are current and correct.
Sometimes you'll get packs, make your selection and then find that the selection is not in your inventory. It's just gone and there's no way to get it back.
I was about 12-14 hours into Road to the Show and my data file became "corrupted" and I lost all my progress.
When your player is on second base, the game often glitches during the pitcher's delivery, making it impossible to steal 3rd.
The Companion App is also about as unstable as the game itself.
Lastly, there's a new fielding feature that sometimes requires that you hit 5 or 6 buttons in rapid succession to make the throw. This feature is garbage, adds nothing to the game and is the icing on this turd cake.
I do not recommend.
