Pray, verily, the skill to transform a work of art par human excellence into worst dung is a marvel indeed, and lo, Adipurush hath achieved such mastery in this regard. Forsooth, cringe-worthy dialogues, concocted falsehoods to stir violence, and a distortion of religious themes doth permeate this creation. The filmmakers spared no effort in fashioning a most abysmal motion picture, be it in the realm of cinematic effects, acting, or any other facet thereof. There can be no denying that a substantial budget was required for this lamentable production. 1 In Valmiki Ramayan, a dying Jatayu tells Ram and Lakshman about Ravan abducting Sita. And Sita throws her jewels to help Ram when he would try to rescue her. In Bhooshan Kumar's Adipurush, Ram and Lakshman run like losers while Ravan flies away with a tied-up Sita on a giant chamgaadad right before their eyes! They forget to use even their Dhanush Baan! Adipurush is a colossal mockery of Ramayan.
