Sadly, this was one of the poorest outings for a Marvel movie of any kind. Odd and twisting plot, which was at the same time also tired and predictable. At no time was I emotionally invested in the characters or their inner turmoil and struggle. Their motivations and conflicts seemed to express themselves in petty tantrums. The movie was full of discontinuity and hypocrisy, especially within the characters themselves. No amount of special effects and computer generated varnish could polish this piece of cinema to a shine. I was grateful when it came to an end.... The entire event seemed like an extended trailer which sole purpose was introduce another big baddy into the MCU..... Please Marvel, please take your time and write a screenplay and a story that is worth watching. I promise that if you do, the rest will fall into place.
