Phil does not seem very interested in the food or the people making the food. It's like he's constantly worried about putting on a show for the cameras. He's really rude to restaurant staff; always interrupting them & making out of touch jokes.
So many cringe moments. Especially in the Washington DC episode. I couldn't bare the secondhand embarrassment.
