This series is magnificent. It is about to be removed from netflix and I am at season 2 episode 3 with only 3 more days to finish it. I shall have to purchase the DVD on amazon as I doubt if I will finish it . I am a gentile and was interested to learn that Monteal, where I was born, has quite a few communities of orthodox Jews. Toronto has several also.

I love this show. I watch reruns. The countryside is peaceful and the characters are fanciful. Excellent British actors!
