I would suggest to buy both books by Dr Gemma Newman . Very informative. The first book I bought was called The Plant Power Doctor which helped me to try and stay healthy. One recipe in that book I make regularly is called vegetable tikka masala, I love curries. I have just got the second book now called Get well Stay well, still reading , this book has lots of information about your health so you can keep this as a reference book because you can't remember everything at once.
