If you look through the one star and the two star sections, you can clearly see all of the racist white men talking bad about this series. Announcement to all white men, this show is about you, I don't care if you call yourself an "ally" or if you "have black friends so I could never be racist", you have privilege, you are the ones making life miserable for young kids like Colin in the show, you are the ones who shoot young kids walking home from the store with chips, you are the ones who let rapists go free while a young girl has to serve life because she defended herself, you may not think you have privilege with some of you being raised poor or some other stuff like that, but you do. You don't get a gun pointed at you for just trying to walk down the road, you don't get treated like you are an object like you are less than a person, you don't get treated like the way you treat us. So what I'm trying to say is, if you see this review read it again, and grow up.

This show is amazing. I know that a lot of people are worried about the fact that some of the characters aren't as white as they imagined them as. And yeah I get it I was expecting to see book annabeth and book Percy on the screen. But in reality this casting is better. Here's why, okay do you really expect for a kid that looks exactly like "book" Percy or annabeth to be on the show? These are kids and the actors are honestly amazing. Also in the books these characters aren't described into deep detail. Honestly I think it's amazing that I and younger kids get to see someone that looks like them.
