Regardless of the messaging and how a person may feel it affected them on an emotional level, there’s no denying that this was the worst film of the year. From cohesive storytelling, to casting, directing, and even musical direction this film was a complete and utter mess. I sat through it because I had a very good film school teacher who taught me to watch all films good or bad until the credits, and that you can always find a redeeming quality. This film proved that theory incorrect. Thank the stars it wasn’t a full 2 hours. As a producer, director and more importantly a 1st AD I’ve seen and been on sets on 3rd semester films more articulate and well put together than this. I strongly recommend to anyone who hasn’t seen it, don’t waste your precious time.
I saw the TV glow: 0/4 stars
