Despite the sceptical reviews and somewhat formulaic paper thin characterisation this movie is a Christmas must! No spoilers (beware most give the fairly obvious twist away) except just suspend deep cynicism and simply enjoy what is actually a charming feel good movie. What’s actually wrong with simply smiling through something that wants to let you enjoy yourself. Ignore the reviews, enjoy the sentiment and WATCH THIS MOVIE. Merry Christmas one and all.
