While the gameplay is fantastic, there is another issue...i recently did an event to win a tier 6 ship...well i was so excited about opening the reward box i accidentally opened the wrong one....i called customer support and they told me pretty much they "cant" do anything about it...so be careful.what you do here in this game....its permanent...i guess they want me.to spend the money to open other boxes to get crystals
