I was so excited for the premiere. I love NCIS, especially with the original cast. Gibbs made the show. Had Mark Harmon not been in last night's shows, I probably wouldn't have watched the 2nd episode. I'm not sure about some of the characters. Frank's is a good character but a little but of him went along way last night . I'm definitely going to watch a few more episodes to see if my opinion changes.
