I really liked this show with the original characters. But the show went downhill FAST when Dylan McDermott joined the cast. His character is so full of hate and mean-spiritedness. And, to be honest, no one in the show is really very exciting. In the past, they have interjected their political views - when will these TV show writers understand that NO ONE CARES about the political views of fictional characters. This last show where they tried to blame the immigration problem on Texas Governor Abbott was the last straw. I will watch the season finale but, after that, it's off my DVR list.

I don’t understand why a TV show that has nothing to do with politics keeps inserting political jabs in its dialogue. I am tired of Anthony Anderson’s character bringing race issues into every episode. And every white, wealthy or Christian person is portrayed as evil or self involved. Keep Politics out of entertainment!!!!
