I'm being generous because I like Kate Winslet but this show isn't worth the time. I suppose it is poking fun at the decaying autocracies of the Soviet Union but making light of such regimes and missing the mark is just bad. Sorry but there is no episode two in my future.

Great imagery but lacks scientific foundation. Expects us to take on faith all twists and turns of life. I was looking for scientific basis for theories but got none. How do we know what colors existed? How do we know what the mating ritual looked like? Etc.

I’m surprised Morgan Freeman would lend his name to such a piece of nonsense. Horrible ending muddled plot senseless gore bad crime scene work, the whole thing made no sense. Don’t waste your time.

Great acting by four stars. Story is predictable but worth watching.
