I loved this book. I've read a lot of self help books and tried many different methods/modalities/therapy for anxiety and recurring negative thought patterns, but what I think sets really Tinamarie's method apart is a) the simplicity and b) it gives me steps I can take with me into everyday experiences. The method reminds me that I have a choice in my thoughts. I find working through the steps in the workbook and putting pen to paper really meditative. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is working on shifting their mindset!
