Tried Rocksmith+ on PC, downloaded Ubisoft Connect and the game, and ran into issues immediately. Issues serverside caused me to have to go through setup at least 6 times, because when the server is lost, they can't save anything locally. Not even register that the guitar is tuned. So poor. At last we got into the lessons, but after finishing each lesson: DRUM 01, server offline... Feeble. Can't get score, can't get evaluation, nothing, the game restarts, and you can try to play the lesson again, with the same disappointing result. The game is completely unplayable. Trying to get a refund is impossible, even though their website gives a semblance of possibility, they hide the option extremely well. After looking for it for a long time, we're told it's not possible to withdraw in out country. They take your money, deliver less than nothing and tell you to kick rocks. Ubisoft at its finest. $20 I'll never see again. I cancelled my subscription, and will never ever in my life ever buy a single thing from this company. It's a scam. They are in essence thieves. I have bought approximately 20+ Ubisoft games over the years, and I vow to never ever ever spend a single penny on them again after this horrible robbery. I'm so disappointed, so frustrated and so angry for losing my money and have less than nothing in return. The game was completely unplayable, to the great disappointment of both myself and my child who wanted to learn to play guitar via the game. And to have them take the money and run... service means delivering, not taking. I should have known better. I bought the original Rocksmith 2014 for my Xbox 360 back in the days, and it worked much better, but then again, it wasn't a subscription. The choice of songs on this newer version is poorer, less interesting and I will look for something better than this. Ubisoft should close shop, amateur hour should be cancelled.
