I do not speak Malayalam but I have always appreciated Malayalam movies as they are usually well directed. I have watched Pattemari twice in this period of lockdown. The film touched my emotions and I cried my heart out. Direction, screenplay, cinematography and all the actors especially Mammooty have made a mark . Must watch!

A film that speaks about thr simplicity, warmth, compassion exhibited by peoplel whom we consider as mentally challenged or odd. Beautiful plot, lilting and catchy songs, picteresque scenic appeal with a subtle message about care for environment.
