Dar Salim did a really good job. I believed in this character trusted this character and did not let me down. Jake did phenomenal 👏. The relationship worked between these two, they understood each other in a way where words don't need to be said between them. In my opinion this movie stayed away from the political aspects that comes with war. The work the military has is very important and stressful for a long duration. The job interpreters have is also important and dangerous to themselves. Corruption exists and the drives are different but loyalty must be upheld the highest in order to fulfill missions so that everyone can return home. Sometimes it doesn't happen like that and in this movie it shows how it can all crash.
