If you're an "I don't want a valuable life lesson, I just want ice cream" kinda person heres the scoop: its a cute and fun show about kids being kids and everyone dealing with it...and they all have Australian accents so what more could you ask for?? Anyways I'm a teen and I love this show and my friends, my younger siblings, my parents, my cousins and the kids I babysit all do too so if that's not a good review idk what is.
For a little bit longer read, because "we have to have salad with our barbecue":
This show is so wholesome. Quite possibly the best kids show I've ever encountered. I could go on about it forever but I'll just say this. It manages to keep the thrill and enjoyment of other shows while keeping things real. I have admittedly cried or laughed out loud at some of these episodes.
It shows how imaginative games seem to kids(like they're actually happening). It also shows the adults very realistically as they sometimes struggle to navigate parenting, but also are loving parents who enjoy spending time with their kids.. The kids are sometimes mean, rude or naughty but this is very accurate to normal kids so I appreciate how the show then turns it around to show how to handle those situations and teach kids to be better instead of just being black and white like good kid, bad kid kinda thing. It teaches kids about a lot of complexities while remaining very simple and understandable. Love this show, if you have kids watch it...if you don't, still watch it!!!
