An outstanding movie that chronicles the growing success of a Beatles like group in the mid '60s. It shows a lot of different venues that contribute to the rise of the band. The titular song of the movie is outstanding, and is played in a variety of ways. The characters are fairly well developed, and each one has interesting parts in the movie. Tom Hanks has a very interesting part in the movie and plays it well, as he usually does in a role. He is credited with originating the movie, and has also contributed to several of the songs as a writer. Very enjoyable. I have watched it several times, and have enjoyed listening to the music and watching the developing story each time.
