This is really a one of a kind kids' program. Every episode is comforting; As, the main characters (Loonette, Molly, Granny Garbanzo, etc) remain the same, it is VERY geared for little kids' with themes adults can relate to. There is a story time (Loonette reads to Molly, her beloved doll), there is an exercise bit at the start of every show, and also a tidy up at the end of every episode. Within each episode is a theme; Our the kids learn something valuable (while being entertained and amused). The Big Comfy Couch is jut that, COMFY! This is very sweet, charming and disarming show. As a parent, I will say that, this has been one of, if not the best kids' programs to come out of Canada, or anywhere. They just do not make shows like this (anymore). I LOVE THIS ! P.S. The Big Comfy Couch has won the Gemini Award in 1995 for Best Children’s Show.

This is anti canonical and scandalously dark, disturbing, unsettling and nerve rattling...This manages to discombobulate me at almost every turn. No other Star Trek has been this filled with the level of uncertainty, allegiance shifting, RAGE and disturbing and frequent VIOLENCE. To call STD, 'Star Trek'. I think is shameful and inaccurate. I couldn't abide to watch this CIRCUS for one more second, after witnessing (the alternative time line's) Captain Philippa Georgiou shred all the people in the room: Garish and utterly disturbing to the normal human being. Star Trek? More like the Shredding of Gene's Roddenberry's iconic-canonical vision and my nerves. If I could give this zero stars, I would. DEPLORABLE.
