I absolutely love this show!!! BUT, call it OCD, I cringe at observing the contestants not tying hair back, not wearing a head and hair covering and observing them touching their faces etc as they bake. I personally feel that being hygiene conscious goes a long way to feeling confident about eating their creations. Am I over-reacting or is this type of baking more commonplace than I realise. So sorry to put a negative vibe on an amazing programme which my whole family love!!!
