I fund the book to be thrilling and actually read it twice. The first time I was certain I knew the killer, but I was wrong. I once attended college in nearby Madison; and later worked at the hospital in Morristown, where I injured my back on the job. For fifty years after one of the couples who lived on the community on the hill where the book takes place, turned their estate into a rehabilitation center for working women. I had been to the US Equestrian team's center. At the time of story, it was the location where the fox hunt took place. I wrote to the author to let me know when his next book comes out. If you can guess 'who done it', you're a better detective than I am.
