Horrific scenes of such depravity and vile cruelty dished out to poor Sarah and her children. It actually has haunted me since I watched it and has woken me up several times when I recall the sick scenes. Sarah's bravery and strength astounded me and I can't fathom how difficult it was for her and her children. I am so upset over this film. I am giving it 4 stars, only because I think there should have been more coverage of the trial and sentencing. The ending scenes were a bit watered down and would've, in my opinion served the horrific ordeal that Sarah and her kids more justice if there was more of a focus on the trial. Just saying. The film sucked me in, even when I was appalled by how vile and deeply upsetting and disturbing the events were I was unable to turn it off.
