After taking 2 years break after Supernatural ended i started to rewatch but it's been slower going this time, season 1 to 3 i still really enjoy it has fantastic story and writing then and not one episode did i hate. However seasons 4 and 5 i loathe the whole God/Vessel/Apocalypse/Lucifer story arcs it's awful and it just dragged on and on for 2 whole seasons, i didn't realize how much and it was really painful to get through this time around. So it's helpful to avoid half of the episodes from both seasons on future rewatches so you can move onto season 6 faster and stick to the story without that stuff. I don't think they knew what they were going to do with the god story arc either and it was just used for an easy way to end SPN, and they don't really come back to it until season 11 anyway but the show gets significantly worse after season 10 so no big loss. As far as it was always portrayed up to season 10 is all the characters were making their own choices so it's better to stay with that. Season 6 is pretty fun but as usual... they move on from the "bosses" as quickly as they introduced them, what was the point of the whole Eve "mother of all" thing when they filled most of the episodes with other stuff? but i feel the same with the others except the yellow eyed demon Azazel and i think Abbadon in season 8 too. I feel like this is what they started to do from season 6 and then completely gloss over it until the last few episodes where they're too eager to get it over and move onto the next season, it's completely underwhelming. I agree with so many other people too It starts to get really corny although i don't hate seasons 7 and 8 like i can watch both seasons through just fine a bit boring but there was also a bit of improvement too, and they backed off with the corniness with these seasons which made a good difference before it returned back to it in the next seasons but i know season 10 is pretty fun which is where i'm stopping. Other episodes i truly enjoyed and had a more interesting feel to it since season 3 was "Clap Your Hands If You Believe", the Purgatory and Charlie episodes especially "LARP and the Real Girl", the Leviathan episodes, then the episode "As Time Goes By" starting off the Abbadon story arc and all the Abbadon stuff. Then a few with Crowley and later on up to season 10 with Rowena. I didn't realize how dark and gory it could be though especially in some episodes and i'm questioning how i could have glossed over that myself, i think some episodes were unnecessary yuck! and i don't know how they could've made those eps. I understand now why some people finish SPN after season 5 and i may consider doing the same in future if i don't feel like watching it up to season 10, although there's still some notable episodes. Sadly i feel like a part of how i feel now is how Supernatural ended and i feel like all other good shows before i just don't feel there was a good vibe behind it, but now the sunny shades are off i feel SPN could've been far better than what it was.

Stargate Atlantis is still just as good as Stargate S-G1 however it's more of a fun show and a bit less serious than S-G1. Like Rodney and Doctor Becket is used as a lot of comedic relief but while still being interesting characters themselves, and it's more sci-fiey with more aliens such as The Wraith and other creatures and some science stuff going on. Then the overly prolonged use of Kolya being this power hungry genii commander dictator as a main baddie which felt very old school sc-fi. It's not as deep as S-G1 but it's still really great the writing, acting, sets, costumes, special effects still all the best and still has a lot of meaningful teachable episodes and moments. So anyone new to Stargate i say go ahead and continue onto Atlantis you won't be disappointed :)

I think Universe is pretty good of course it's not as good as SG-1 or Atlantis but nevertheless it has something interesting about it. It's certainly more drama filled mainly because of Rush the crazy obsessed man that clearly had a nervous breakdown after his wife died and is now trying to find a way to bring her back, but they manage to keep me intrigued enough with other things that happened and other species they met that i'd say it's still a watchable series. All of us who like Universe wish it continued a bit longer after just 2 seasons but they would have to come up with something more interesting to do that. But it's unlikely anyone would continue the same way of producing stargate so 2 seasons is all we have really. Still good enough to rewatch whenever we want to go back to it too.

Always loved Gilmore Girls since i first saw it, it's fun and witty then in a lot of instances it's realistic about what really happens in families and with other people they don't try to rainbow it all up it's just like "here's the situation" and i know we all love analyzing it. I can relate to what Rory has been through with education and the unrealisticness of it all while older generations insist it will help you get to where you want to go. Then what happened with Huntzberger crushing her oh yeah... been there lol that part was super realistic as to what happens when you don't know how to handle negative "criticism" that was well done portraying how easily you fall apart if you can't handle that. For the most part it's very well written. However i gave it 4 stars because there's just a few things that bugs me about the show. How they treated Rory and how they made her treat guys and her best friend Lane. They got her into this addiction to cheating as if she likes it, and i think they're trying to convey this somehow was a result of issues with her dad Christopher but... it wasn't really dead on and a lot of stuff just for drama. Which was fun too the way they do it but it was also a bit unrealistic and silly. The guys she dates are also going to cheat on her and treat her like trash too worse than she treats them and she lets herself be treated that way, where Lorelei her mum knows it's bad but refuses to say anything she just lets her suffer through it confused and alone even when they're meant to be close. Although Jess wouldn't after they straightened him out but before he probably would have, and so would Dean since he cheated on his fiance with her. They used Jess to like propel her into this self-destructive behavior of letting herself be treated like trash meh. Then there's all the "you're pregnant! therefore you can't get rid of the baby, and should just have it" even when they're too young it made me cringe, whoever wrote this their views are a bit too conservative. Then they got Lane pregnant as soon as she got married and somehow she was just okay with that when other people wouldn't be. Especially with how young she was she wasn't ready for that but they just threw her into it to give her a story, but of all stories they switched it to that after her dreams of creating a famous rock band, it was part of that conservative viewpoint again. I notice this in a lot of america tv shows even to this day too, the women should just be the homemaker and the men gets to work and do interesting things, it's time we moved away from that and really wrote it how things would really work. Overall great and a fun show i thoroughly enjoy it, especially what goes on with the Gilmore parents LOL i enjoy watching Kelly Bishop and Edward Herrmann acting in these rolls and of course Edward as dad in Richie Rich :) they know how to really get the fun going.

Brilliant show! i just finished watching all 6 seasons and from start to finish it's freaking fantastic! the ending for this show was what i was looking for with the Supernatural series too but alas... you know that won't happen with any shows these days... this one is exempt finishing in 2017 and managed to hold onto itself even when the episodes were cut down to 13 in the last season. I miss when it was 20 - 22 episodes *sigh* they have more episodes to tell a better story and it needs to go back to that i don't know why they changed it maybe... cos of how long it takes to film them but it was worth it :) this is clearly one of the last shows to ever do this, at least for now if they do choose to go back to it. Anyway... back to Grimm, it's such a unique and original take on the Grimm Brothers Tales and also on supernatural beings like it's stuff nobody else would touch and yet they nailed it all :) but more added to it and they go more in-depth with things they keep a nice balance between saying something and moving on then where they explain things with more detail and what's going on, they take the time to and that's so rare with most shows where they just say something then move on. It follows the scooby gang recipe that we love from Buffy, Angel and Supernatural and then the cop show recipe that became so popular, but they don't stubbornly stick to the cop aspect where it interferes with things they keep the attention where it needs to be. Then other cops have realistic reactions where it's like everyone knows weird stuff is going on but most don't say anything and keep out of it except 1 or 2 lol, they don't have to say anything it's like it's hard not to notice although i think there was too much favoritism for Nick but i can ignore it cos it had to be that way to tell the story. The writing and spec fx is brilliant too they don't miss a beat. All i can say is watch it see for yourself... you won't regret watching it.

I dearly miss Stargate S-G1 along with Atlantis and Universe wasn't bad either, i really hate the turn for the worst shows have taken and there's just nothing like the shows made up until middle 2000s i miss them being amazing from start to finish, the pride, respect and integrity they put into them not just for themselves but the fans too and Stargate is right up there quite honest it's 2nd best series ever created from Star Trek TNG, DS9 and Voyager there's nothing like it... I hope we get a new series soon and they treat it with the same respect and integrity as before. Amazing show!.

I love it it's such an underrated movie i recommend it to everyone, it shows the real reality, trials and tribulations people went through in WW2 including against those who don't mean you well at all for their own gains and people soon abandon and forget about each others needs that we all need love and to survive too when they're too busy trying to survive themselves they don't try to look beyond their own pain :'( even today these things happen and for less sadly... people busy just fighting over money, jobs when people in WW2 lost dear friends and family :( it's a real perspective changing story, have tissues ready. Mr Tom is relatable too being different to other humans he's really smart.

I love this movie SO much! i ball my eyes out every time she says "Didn't your father ever tell you that? Didn't he?!" freaking dead... i'm a snot mess and rarely does anything make me do that, and i can totally relate to meeting people like Miss Minchin and how they live to destroy your spirit because of jealousy, i wish i could save their hearts bless. It has it all sad, happy, and scenes that make you smile and laugh and creates such a deep sense of spirituality it gives me chills. If there's any movie you should put on for your kids or for yourself it's this one :)

LOVE IT! i'm just as sad as anyone though that Dark Angel only went on for 2 seasons, but it feels longer than it is too because they managed to pack in so much within those 2 seasons. This show keeps you engaged the whole time. Dark Angel is a Dark, Dystopian, Sci-Fi, Action show. The writing for the show and the characters is superb and one of my fave shows of all time, there are many happy, sad, interesting, and funny moments within the show and they managed to keep it interesting in every episode without fail apart from the odd ep. The Transgenics and "The Pulse" story is so interesting. Genetically enhanced super humans were created and trained into soldiers who escaped. America was plunged into chaos when a powerful electromagnetic pulse was set off over the whole of america that destroyed virtually every electronic device within thousands of miles, sending america back to when there weren't so many electronic devices. It could actually happen in real life too. Max is an awesome character i love the whole secret agent vibe to her, all the other characters Logan, "Original Cindy", Norm, Alec, Joshua and the rest, were all given interesting story arcs and i can't say i dislike anything. It started to get a little boring into season 2 but it's great from start to finish and it couldn't have ended in a better way. As usual with shows back in the 1990s to early 2000s it starts with a great theme song intro for each episode too. Really fantastic and fun show to watch i recommend it to anyone who likes these kind of shows.

The X-Files has an interesting vibe Kim Manners visual effects and lighting was so unique that you'll never see again, the Mulder and Scully characters are pretty well written and i enjoy the story as it progresses, and many of the characters are well acted and interesting story written for each of them then well wrapped up at the end of each episode leaving me curious. At least up to season 5 where they should have changed the show after it to give it more life and help change things up to give it another 5 good seasons. But because they didn't change the show it became the same and repetitive and it wasn't great after that, which i know they learned from with one or two other similar shows, so season 1 - 5 are it's prime. Many episodes are just filler too so it's a good idea to just stick to the main story episodes to make it an easier watch, ya know after you've seen them all. Overall it's worth giving it a watch if you like a fun sci-fi, alien, conspiracy sort of show if you like that, it's up there as one of the best high quality shows in it's genre.
