Like many other people I was waiting for a big payoff at the end. Thats what kept me going/reading as it was not an exciting read. So I hoped for something I didn't see coming. A twist. A bomb. Instead I got zip. Nothing. Nada. What I figured finally is all the characters lived slow unhappy little lives and took no responsibility for their inactions or their own happiness!!
