I thought I was going to see a movie about a toy that would have cost me my hide as a child if I was seen playing with it. What I got was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a very long time. It was all about how they made fun of the ridiculous that made it all worth it. I truly believe that people who didn't like the movie didn't get the point. This movie explores gender norms and identity with laughter and common sense. Margot shines America adds heart and Ryan adds camp. Issa gets in there too. All and all a worth it movie. It didn't drag and it didn't try to be something it wasn't meant to be. Go there to laugh not be a critic about a movie about a plastic doll that's almost 70. Remember some of the same people who hate this movie hated Masters of the universe because it was about a woman rather than he man I'm just saying. It was great.

"Rosanne" meets, "Sienfeld" and "The Parkers" in a back alley somewhere is what I would liken it too. I mean that in the best way possible This is the most hilarious thing on tv. The cast really lends their own thing to a show that was destined to be good. @Tamiroman has really gotten in her zone.
