Let me start by saying Jason voorhees is the most entertaining slasher of the 80s horror film craze. But as time flies, his movies become more painful to watch. I dont understand this plot whatsoever, spoiler alert. So jason has a long term connection with a young girl who fell in the same lake as him? Now years later at a senior cruise ship getaway to manhattan he wants to extract revenge? Taking all his frustration on some not so innocent children. I dont mean to compare but freddys franchise makes way more sense and we're taking about someone killing in your dreams. O nly watch this movie if your new to the franchise or wanna recap. Otherwise skip. Fyi. The darkest side of the night song somehow fits with this movie.
