I definitely enjoyed it. +++Vibes. Aesthetics. Fun. Wish it played in theaters here. The mediocre critiques are a bit confusing. I give it ... overall a B+. Great cast. Interesting universe building and story (this is a pretty obviously edited version though) So my cup of tea with it being just... Gorgeous & Cinematic. Great Sci fi and ... not a remake or sequel, can you imagine!? I personally -love- the "space opera" genre, Some of my favorite films are Star Wars, Dune, John Carter, Jupiter Ascending, and Valerian. This Snyder take on this style exceeded many of my expectations. Looking forward to Part 2 AND the Directors / R rated cut.
