One of the best cop shows I've watched so far. It has everything in it. And the details to attention is just amazing. The character Spader plays is fascinating. You never know what to expect. And the length he goes to protect his loved one (even though, sometimes crazy and overbearing) is heartwarming, creating a deeper connection to the character that is "Red". Not to mention the on-screen chemistry between Raymond and Liz. I, majorly, enjoy the father-daughter chemistry throughout this show. Totally rewatching the show. That's how good it is.

One of the best shows I've watched. Honestly, I've binged watched this show at least 2 times and will be willing to do it again. It's that entertaining. Not to mention, knowledgable.

It's a bummer that the show ended at only 2 seasons. It had a great storyline, interesting characters, funny moments, and just enough drama to keep us captivated. Additional, I think this is the first show I watched where one of the main Character was gay, and married. It's not everyday, you have a power couple like Dylan and Andy. Plus, I was just getting excited to see their new born baby. And even better, the show included 3 power female characters, each of different races. With one of them as the mayor, one as the lieutenant, and the 3rd as the main female character (the cop). This show was enjoyable, respectecful to all genders, race, sexualities, and even class. Not to mention that it didn't push any of the factors mentioned above. It made the relationship between, heterosexuals, same-sex couple/marriage, powerful successful females seem normal and not something that's different from the rest. In my opinion, this show is everything we've been fighting for in terms of equality. It normalised all the differences that still cause tension in nowadays world. If you ask me, they need to continue with the show, keeping with the script of not pushing the differences.

One of the best fantasy show out there. Vampires, witches, demons, family, drama, and romance, this show has it all. By delving into this sexy and capturing show, you would be doing yourself a major favor. There definitely could be some improvement, but I'll see give this show a high vote. Matthew Goode plays the character of Matthew De Clermont/Clairmont to perfection. I couldn't imagine anymore who would play this character with such grace. Just like I couldn't imagine any actor other than Ian playing Damon in 'The Vampire Diary'.
