This review is for one of the managers at Main Event Cobb County, Janelle. She was exceptional and went over and beyond to ensure my party was situated. She listened careful and Found a resolve for the complaint at hand. I was really impressed that she kept her word and continued to check on us until her shift was over. We need more managers like her in the service industry.
