Maybe it's just me, but I was left confused. Just felt like a lot of things were left unexplained... *spoilers* 1) Tommy...never understood what happened to his face. Apparently he did it to himself? ...but why? To make him unrecognizable because the killer lived in his community and is a cop? Wasn't explained really other than a small click of his verbal interview with a police officer where he says he did it to himself and then they go back to talking about a "magic house" that disappears so the killer will never be caught.. its a trailer.... like, what? 2) why did the wife have the affair? Just because? For some reason I was under the impression they lost a son to a kidnapping? (So I assumed she had the affair shortly after that. Like the stress and the family reminded her of her kidnapped and lost loved one or something) I unno why I thought that, but I also found the sound was really bad? It was a really quiet movie, and when I changed it to something else, my TV was turned up SO high. I thought my ears were going but apparently that's just the film (on prime anyway) 3) why was the cop kidnapping little boys? Was he sexually assaulting them? Harvesting their organs for the black market? Starting an underground little league team? I unno, it was never explained. I guess we just assume he was a pedo. Oh, actually right before he died he does say :wait, you have to understand when I was a kid.." and then he dies 4) if they had someone in jail, for the past murders (meaning Greg hadn't repeated his crimes in something like 15 years) why did he start murdering again and using the same green pocket knife? Was it narcissism? Or was he intellectually disabled? Because that was just plain stupid... 5) everything to do with Alec. He hid away for 15 years, and then seeked out his revenge? Was it because he was afraid to go back and get kidnapped by the same guy? Why didn't he run home to his parents? Also weird! Feel like that part could of been easily answered with Tommy's face burns. All in all, the first half scared me. Phrogging is a new fear that's been unlocked, but other than that *ppfffffttttt* (blows raspberry) boooooooo👎

* spoilers * I really liked the first 2 thirds of the movie... then the nonsence started.... Like when the one guy was yelling at the cheerleader screaming "how do you know they're not infected?!" What is he and everyone else stupid? The zombies can't even open doors let alone use a cell phone, and people turn real quick after being bitten... I mean, use deduction. Also, when it was dark and they were trying to move up to the next cart they didn't think to carry with them multiple items they could use to throw and confuse the zombies? Why? Every chair had a magazine tucked into the back of it. So you slipped and fell, and the zombies turned around. Grab that magazine and throw it back into the direction of said zombies, and they fight over it for probably the duration of the tunnel. It would of been very simple to continue to throw things to confuse them when they couldn't see. But instead many of them sat there, mouth open, scared.. which made no sense given the fact three of them had just literally gone face to face with three cart fulls of zombies. The zombies have one massive weakness, and yall figured it out, which would of made the whole situation a lot less frightening. And the fact they got off the train when they got to the roadblock... you all know the zombies can't see in the dark, logical thing to do would of been to wait there till nightfall before travelling. Nobody suggested that. The bathrooms still had water. They showed us that right before when the main protagonist used the sink to wash his hands. you would of been good there for a day. Also, all the women were utterly USELESS. which i was a little offended of lol. Not me in a zombie apocalypse, no sir! At the end the pregnant lady just stared a lot. Like I get you've been through tragedy, but humans have a little something called adrenaline and the will to survive. Like, seriously?! 🙄
