** LOTS OF SPOILERS!!!** I loved this show! If you love psychological thrillers and plot twists but you're doubting whether to watch this, you won't be disappointed. Im a fan of psychological thrillers and this show has got to be one of my favourites. I literally finished season 1 in one day. It keeps you hooked from the first episode and the plot twists were so clever. It had me wondering which one of them was lying and had me at the edge of my seat. Yes it takes a while for the truth to be revealed but throughout each episode we get hints that makes us more interested as the storyline progresses. I was shocked once I found out it was Mallory who had seen Kate instead of Jeanette and I thought that was all there was to it then BAM we get hit with another plot twist. They made us think that Jeanette was the villian the whole time then the truth comes out and we find out Jeanette had been wrongfully accused only to get hit with another twist showing she wasn't so innocent after all. We could sometimes see a suspicious side of Jeanette throughout the show which I thought was weird. It all made sense on the last episode where we see Jeanette breaking into Martins home again and hearing Kate downstairs in the basement. Another twist I wasn't expecting was the whole truth between Martin and Kate. The fact that Kate covered up the truth with lies about Martin considering the fact that they WERE in love and she had chosen to stay with him for most of the time she was missing knowing she could have just left sooner. Yes he also had issues and locked her up once she decided to leave but why didn't she admit the whole truth about how it got to that point? I wish they could've ended the season with her confessing the full truth and taking responsibility for her actions. However, it was a great show which I really enjoyed watching and I'd definitely recommend.
