My family and I had lunch at the Wahlburgers at the Hy-Vee in Waukee Iowa yesterday, and it was horrible! First off, you have to order your food out front in Hy-Vee because there are no servers in wahlburgers, apparently. Then, no one was available to take our order. We waited around for a while until another customer yelled out, asking for help. So, a Hy-Vee manager (I think) came over and helped and called for more help. We finally order our food (by the way, Wahlburgers took a bunch of food off their menu like Jenns chicken salad and the OFD, which we love). When we sat down in Wahlburgers, we noticed no one in the restaurant. When our food came, it was one of the cooks who brought our meal to us. He tossed us our meals, which were in boxes, and asked if we wanted anything else. I asked for the Wahl sauce. He brought it out, and when I tasted it, it was thousands island dressing. WOW, JUST WOW! We will never go there again. Wahlburgers isn't the same since they moved into Hy-Vee stores!!! What a shame!
