Scammers, horrible company. Do yourself a big favor stay away from this company they will scam you for money big time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Sold my truck and tried to cancel my monthly subscription and was told that I have a year contract so I had to keep paying for service that I wasn’t using anymore for the remaining time. After my contract was expired they automatically renew it for another year without my consent and picked up price from $90 to $145 and told me that I didn’t call to cancel on that specific date. Even though I priorly called multiple times to cancel my subscription. Indian scammers stay away. Now I’m stuck for another year with these scammers. Will be hiring an attorney to sue this company.
