The book was written by a female scammer, look at her record in Wisconsin court, she has made very serious mistakes and basically her behavior and ethics are deplorable. I know her and she stole $1500 from a deposit insurance that she never returned to me. She is a landlord in Milwaukee and has had problems with all of her tenants. She is a very mentally unbalanced person. This is real, DO NOT buy her books. Don't support a scammer.
