On 1-26-21, I purchased two Jumbo Elite packs with a 97% chance of a 83 or better player. Both packs had all 79 to 81 cards with a lot of junk consisting of goalie masks and jersey numbers. I called EA to complain and Sanyeev told me the pack luck is random and sorry about my luck. I usually purchase between $40 to $80 dollars in packs each week. I have not received anything better than an 84 in the past two weeks. Sanyeev told me if he knew this was occurring beforehand, he could have helped me. I told him that when I got home from work, I was going to call him before I purchased another pack. He then changed his tune and told me he could not help me. Please don't waste your money on purchasing packs as the pack percentages are not accurate at all.
