SPOILERS!! I thought this movie was going to be great based on the reviews but it wasn’t. To start off the pacing is horrible. Miles doesn’t appear until 20 minutes in and a lot of the stuff in the middle should’ve been shortened. What makes it even worse is that this is just part one of a two part story. Thee are other movies that do this but they at least feel like a compete story. I’m pretty sure that considering the almost 2 and a half hour running time they could’ve finished the story or at least not make it suck. The animation was good but by there was too much going on at times. This movie sucking was such a shame considering how good the first one was.

This movie is good with some drawbacks. I liked the way it developed the Turtles and also the villain (SuperFly) but everything else was just hit or miss. I mostly liked the voice acting but I feel like some of the celebrities they got were just there for the marketing since a lot of them have 5 lines at most. The animation (which a lot of people praised) was mostly good but the art style of some characters and textures looks gross. Sometimes the frame rate of the animation changes for no reason. Overall, there are some things I don’t like about this movie but there are enough things that I think are worth watching. RECOMMENDED
