It has its moment. The dialogue can be just abominable however, even for teenagers. I am so sick of the uninteresting, unremarkable white guy being the hero and main character whilst more interesting characters get put to the side as "mysteries" the main character must crack. People are people. John Green writes very uninteresting characters. So many plotlines pushed to the side in the favor of nonsensical nothingness. John Green is just a poor writer sorry. Would've liked it in middleschool perhaps.
