I do not remember the last time I saw a movie that was extremely bad. I do not watch bad movies. I just don't. The trailer fooled me and so did the ratings. I am always careful when I pick a movie. I glance at the rotten tomatoes score average and IMDB average. I know full well that sometimes the critics get it right, and sometimes they get it wrong. This time they got it wrong. I trusted the critics this time when I shouldn’t have. They were right about the exorcist believer but they were wrong about this movie. Can’t trust critics. I like horror and sci-fi and the trailer for this movie hooked me instantly. I put a calendar reminder to when the movie would come out. I waited for it in anticipation. I did not watch it until today because I got busy. I am just in absolute disbelief at how atrocious this trash was. There was ZERO innovation and zero originality. There was nothing new and nothing that has not already been done. The design of the aliens and spaceships and the light was not original at all and was reflective of stereotypes of aliens and spaceships. I am simply baffled at the waste of resources this movie took to make, which I am sure were very little because there is basically no human dialogue in this movie and there is basically one sole actor. Probably cost just a few dollars to make this movie and the end result is what you would expect - total garbage. I cannot believe I wasted my time with this movie. Maybe a child would like this movie but anyone with intelligence would not appreciate this waste of time of a movie. On a positive note - the actress I thought acted well even though she never spoke, which makes it even more impressive. I have no complaints of the actress, and I am usually very critical of bad acting, but this was not the case, so I give the actress an A and the movie an F. 1/5 stars for the movie. Do not waste your time!
