Very graphic depictions of violence against women that just went on and on that I found distasteful. I don't even think it's a case of trying to demonstrate the brutality of this kind of violence but more in service to edgy shock value and/or an almost sexual depiction of it. I found it gross and exploitative. The main character is kinky and I guess I'm just tired of kinky men in films being psychopaths who go from being sexual sadists to murderous sadists. It also employs the trope of kink being a result of childhood trauma/SA, which is harmful to the community at large, imo.
