Having recently watched "Adipurush," I found myself disappointed as the movie seemed to have little connection to the original Ramayana storyline. The film portrayed a distorted version of events, with erroneous facts, such as Lord Rama being in Delhi while Sita Mata was being abducted. This deviation from the source material left me feeling disconnected from the essence of the epic. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the inclusion of vulgar shots in a movie with mythological themes. It felt unnecessary and out of place, detracting from the overall experience. Additionally, Prabhas' acting left much to be desired, lacking the required expressions and failing to bring depth to his character. The dialogue delivery of the entire cast fell flat, with poorly written lines that seemed more fitting for casual street conversations rather than a grand mythological tale. The costumes in the film were also disappointing. They failed to capture the essence of the characters and the time period, leaving me questioning the attention to detail and overall production quality. It's disheartening to think about how such a significant amount of money was allocated to a movie that seemingly disregarded accuracy and failed to deliver a captivating experience. In conclusion, "Adipurush" left me dissatisfied and questioning the decisions made in its production. It failed to align with the original story of the Ramayana and presented a series of factual inaccuracies. The inclusion of vulgar shots, underwhelming acting performances, and subpar dialogue writing further hindered the movie's impact. Ultimately, I was left perplexed as to how such a project received such substantial funding, given the disappointing result.
