Its underrated this time you can get out the car use weapons with great story and voice actors the flaws are because of atari people call this game trash but its good trash in my opinion i loved all three games since i was a kid more then the GTA titles and that says a lot but that doesn't mean i hate GTA no of course not i just prefered the Driver series but anyway i have seen other gamers compared it to GTA 5 and Cyberpunk's issues which is hilarious how a game from 2004 can be compared to modern games.

Underrated sequel to a great game just like the first one but you can get out of the car but cannot use weapons but the story and characters are really good.
