IMO the show took off like a turtle...But I have to admit that the 9th (finale) episode was exciting, and was what I wanted early on in it's short season. In looking back, and to be fair, I see where they were going with this, and it made sense, I just wish two things:
1. That the episodes weren't 30 minutes (because by the time you think something exciting and interesting is about to happen, it's over with).
2. That they hadn't released the episodes on a weekly basis (the fact that you had to wait a week to see where the plot was going was frustrating).
For the most part I like the cast, but there's something about the actress Kat Dennings that sorta erks me. I don't know if it's her voice or her smug persona (which she does in everything I've seen her in, the Thor movies and her TV show "2 Broke Girls"), but her character just erks the hell out of me for some reason. Anyway, this is my revised review, and if season 2 makes the episodes at least a 45 minutes to a hour duration, and they maintain a more action pack storyline, then I'll be back (I'll just try to stomach Kat Dennings' character). So I give Wandavision overall a "Thumbs-Up".
