The palatial posturing of preening, presumptive popinjays presented in a positively preposterous ....,uh, manner.
Always light hearted ,witty, and very humorous, with many visual treats in the castle settings, this panoply of characters is a fun house mirror's view of Downton Abbey , though I believe it precedes Downton by many many decades. Listen to the quips carefully and soak it in.You'll laugh and you'll not have any sleepless Downton Abbey worries after you've retired. Great farce stuff!
